Soru Which Şarkı Is This ?

Slowly I am working my way through this Uşşak faslı published by Udi Arşak approximately a hundred years ago. There are 15 ağır aksak şarkılar in it (around 50 pieces in total) and I have been able to identify all of them except this one. Unfortunately I can not read the Ottoman script.
Does any of the venerable members of this forum perhaps know which piece it is ?

I have a slight doubt if it is actually in Uşşak: one of the ağır aksak şarkılar in this faslı was in Beyati and this one seems to at least a slightly liberal interpretation of Uşşak ?

Any insights would be highly appreciated, thank you !
