Soru Which Peşrev Is This ?

Apologies for the bad picture but this evening I encountered this piece on pages 148-149 of the Nouhbe-i-elhan book:
the usul is Devr-i Kebir for sure, with my limited knowledge of such things I would say the makam is Muhayyer Sünbüle but I may very well be wrong, and I have no idea who the composer is. Unfortunately I am unable to read Ottoman.

Would anybody know and be able to help ? I would be very grateful.

1900’lü yılların başları diye tahmin ediyorum.

Yes, what I know is that it was published by Kadmani-zade Şamlı İskender, and it looks similar to other publications from around 1920. It has around 30 peşrevler and 30 saz-semailer and the notations are interesting because they are sometimes quite different from later publications.
